(New International Version)You know how I am scorned, disgraced and shamed; all my enemies are before you. Scorn has broken my heart and has left me helpless; I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found none. I am mistreated and in pain. Protect me, God, and keep me safe!

Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none. But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
